A three event race for kids ages 6-12 includes a 10 minute indoor swim, 1 mile bike ride (bring your own bike) and a 1 mile walk/run outside. Each event will be run in waves, with the first wave beginning at approximately 12:00pm. Each wave will be afforded a 7 minute transition between events. Participants entering this race should be able to swim unassisted 2 lengths of the pool (50 yards). You will be notified of your exact heat time by email a few days prior to the event. You may enter as a relay team and have 2 or 3 individuals that each do and event.
Entry Fees: If you are registered by April 17 Individual $15, Team $45
If you register after April 17 Individual $18, Team $54
Course Information:
The swim is in an indoor pool. The bike will be outside. The run will be outside
Directions:
The Westside Family YMCA is located west of Rochester off of Elmgrove Road in Gates.
Other Info:
You must bring your own bike for the bike event.
