Join us for our 31st Annual Outdoor Triathlon on Saturday, June 25th. First wave begins at 8:00 AM. You may compete as an individual or as a team of 3 - youth and adults! This race is for anyone!
Packet pickup: Friday, June 24th from 6:00-8:00 pm (preferred) or Saturday, June 25th from 6:15-7:15 am.
Racer check-in: Saturday, June 25th 6:15-7:15 am
Mandatory Pre-Race Meeting: Saturday, June 25th at 7:30 am for all racers.
We offer 3 courses to meet the needs of many different levels of competitors.

Adults is 18+ years old
Youth is 17 year old and younger
If you are traveling on Hwy 81, you will turn east onto Benjuamin Ave. We are located on the south side of Benjamin Ave. We are in between the Norfolk Middle School and Burger King.

Rules: Participants must wear a bike helmet with helmet numbers visible from front. Bike numbers must be visible from side and can go over cross bar or under seat. Chest numbers must be visible from front, they can be attached with race belt or pinned to your shirt. Race numbers for swim will be written with permanent marker on both arms and legs and visible from side. If wearing a wet suit, participant number must be visible on swim cap sides. Course map will be in your race packet and also available at norfolkymca.org. Assigned Chip MUST be on ankle using a velcro strap during all phases of the event. Chip and strap must be returned at finish line or you will be charged. Please make sure your transition area is setup, bikes racked, participant numbers on, and body marked (in West Gym) before the pre-race meeting at 7:30 am in the Pool. Bike transition area closes at 7:20 am.
Lunch: Lunch is provided with your registration fee, please let us know during registration if you will be eating. You may purchase a ticket for any family members/supporters during registration. Additional tickets may be purchased up until the Tuesday prior to race day – any tickets purchased after this day will incur an additional $3 charge. Please understand we need time to plan the amount of food needed. Lunch will be set up in the West Gym.
Awards: Trophy will be given to overall male, female and youth of the Long Course. Medals will be given to the top 3 individuals and teams in each age group for each course.
