Join us at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 7th, 2016, for the first annual Pooch Scooch 5k Fun Run/Walk to raise money for EARL Public Transit and the Humane Society of Northeast Iowa. Bring your dog and run/walk with them, or, scooch with a pooch that needs a loving home! Stick around afterwards for music, fun and games at HSNEI's Spring Pet Expo as well as Northeast Iowa Community Action's Spring Carnival!
