2016 Heart & Sole Triathlon:
The 13th Annual Heart & Sole Triathlong is a USAT event for all ages & skill levels, including first time racers. Rolling hills & scenic horse farms make a beautful backdrop for the Heart & Sole Triathlon, for both competitors and spectators.
The race is sponsored by Cycle You Multi-Sport Performance Center.

- 400 Yard Swimin the Falling Springs Recreation Centers 82 degree indoor pool.
- 15-mile Bikethrough the heart of Bluegrass horse farms and historic downtown Versailles.
- Cross-Country 5K Runthrough Woodford County Park on one of the most challenging cross-country courses in KY.

General Race Information:
- Swim will be seeded prior to race day, so please list your swim time as accurately as possible on the registration form. (Race day registrants will be placed at the back of the swim)
- Pre-race instructions will begin at 7:45 AM in the transition area.
- Race begins at 8 AM, weather permitting.
- Helmets are required on the bike course.
- Chip timing will be used.
- Participants must be at least 15 years old by December 31, 2016
