2016 TheraCORE Indoor Triathlon - Day 1:
• TheraCORE Physical Therapy and Five Seasons Family Sports Club are hosting an Indoor Triathlon! All proceeds through event registrations and outside donations will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Sign up today and help us reach our goal of raising over $4500!
Course Information:
Indoor Triathlon:
• 10 minute swim
• 10 minute transition
• 20 minute bike
• 5 minute transition
• 15 minute treadmill run/walk
*Total distance for each event will be added to determine score.
