This is a great triathlon for the beginner thi-athlete: 275 yard heated pool swim, a 12 mile bike ride and finishes with a 3.1 mile run. Register as an individual or as a team (2-3 members). All sections of the triathlon begin and end at the Mattoon Area Family YMCA. Pre-registration will include a tech shirt if registered by Septimber 10, 2016. Awards are given to overqall Male/Female finishers, top 3 in each gender/age group, top 3 in Clydesdale and Athena, top team in each relay division, overall fastest swim, overall fastest bike, and overall fastest run.
