For newbies to the sport of triathlon, athletes with podium aspirations and everyone in between, Tri Faster Tri Play will offer you individualized coaching in swimming, cycling and running. Regardless of your athletic ability, the coach will quantify and customize your workout on an individual basis, while taking advantage of a group training environment. This fun, motivating and informative program will culminate in an indoor mini tri the final week of class.
