This is the 2nd race in the TRI-OKC Duathlon Series. It features the F1 duathlon format of a 2M Run/10M Bike/2M Run/10M Bike/2M Run on a hilly, challenging run course and a roller coaster bike course.

The Du format will be a Formula One which is a 2M Run, 10M Bike, 2M Run, 10M Bike, 2M Run.

Course Information:

THE COURSE - FORMULA 1 EVENT:

Starting inside Mitch Park the run will be a 2 mile hilly loop, (run a total of 3 times)that is on the paved running trails. The run course is challenging.

The Bike is a 10 Mile out-and-back (done twice). The bike course is a moderate hilly course.

Exit the park, head East to Kelly, North to Sorgum Mill, West to Western, turn around and come back the same way!

TRAIN THOSE HILLS BEFORE YOU DO THIS GREAT RACE!!

Mitch Park, 1501 W. Covell St., Edmond OK 73003 (Between Santa Fe and Kelly)

You can take the 2nd street exit off I-35 Turn West - go to Kelly Turn North to Covell Turn West - it is on the north side of the road, you cannot miss it!

OR you can take Kilpatrick to Western exit North to Covell East to Mitch Park OR You can take Broadway Extension to 2nd Turn West - to Kelly Turn North to Covell Turn West - it is on the north side of the road, you cannot miss it!

Event permit states NO DOGS ALLOWED AT EVENT

PACKET PICKUP & TRANSITION CLINIC

Packet Pick up will be from 4-6pm at the race site, Mitch Park. YOU, AND ONLY YOU, MAY PICK UP YOUR RACE PACKET.

Have your photo ID plus your USAT membership card (unless youre purchasing a one-day pass). NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!

Race day Packet pickup from 6-7am I am begging all the in -towners to pick up your packet on Saturday!!

TRANSITION AREA + START TIMES

Transition opens at 6:00am

Pre-Race meeting at 7:00am

Race begins at 7:30am sharp!

You will be able to do late registration during packet pick-up ONLY!

There will be a $10.00 late fee assessed. Register early and on-line!!

Parking is allowed only in the designated areas.

Please follow the directions you are given by volunteers when entering Mitch Park.

DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE THE DESIGNATED AREAS OR YOU RISK BEING TOWED!!
