Grant Ranch will offer men and women an opportunity to train for their upcoming events or to simply practice their open water skills. There will be two courses available, 1/2 mile triangle or a 1.2 mile loop. Grant Ranch is free of motorized boats, which allows for a very safe environment. The course is full of large orange sighting buoys to make sighting simple. There will be plenty of volunteers on hand to assist with wetsuit zippers, help with open water technique questions or simply provide a word of encouragement. When you are all done with your swim, Grant Ranch has hot showers and a locker room to allow you to get prepared for the rest of your day.

What Should You Bring?
- Upon arrival, please sign in with a SwimLabs Staff member with a photo ID
- Swimsuit and or wet suit (Wet suits are optional. The water temperature will vary throughout the summer).
- Goggles
- Light Colored Cap
- Towel
- Locker rooms are available – bring your own lock
Parking:
- There are 100 parking spots available so we highly encourage carpooling when possible. If you park in the neighborhood please RESPECT our friends in the community by keeping your voices low, observing parking signs and not blocking any driveways.
Rules:
- Swim times must remain within scheduled times. No swimmers will be allowed to enter the lake with less than 30 minutes remaining in posted hours. Swimming outside of posted hours will be considered trespassing and strictly prohibited.
- We are a swim at your own risk lake. A limited amount of safety swim aides will be made available during each class. There will be no lifeguard on duty.
- Do not contact Grant Ranch for questions regarding water temperature, weather cancellations, etc. We will notify you via email or phone call.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason. You do not have to be a member of any specific organization (COMSA/USAT) to swim at Grant Ranch.
- No pets are allowed on the premise.
- You must sign a waiver through SwimLabs before your swim. This will be provided to you before your first swim.
