Start your running season off right by participating in the 34th Annual WHAMM! Test yourself on our competitive 5K and 10K course that travels through the beautiful city of Windsor Heights. When you return from your run, the Windsor Heights Fire Department will feed you pancakes and we'll provide music and fun for your whole family including a free Kid's Run accross the lawn of Colby Park!
