Sure to the please the athlete wanting to kick off their competetive season and those who may just want to try an introductory opportunity, this is the event for you! Taking place in Dover Park located on Dover's east side, the flat course for both running and biking will challenge you to sprint to the finish.
Course Information:
Run 1.5 around Dover Park parimeter
Bike 8.5 exit Dover Park, turning right onto White Oak Road, to Rt 9, head south making a right turn onto North Little Creek Road and turning right onto Willis Road, turing right back onto White Oak Road back to Dover Park.
