2016 Cape Coral Yacht Club Sprint Triathlon:
For both the serious triathlon competitor or just someone who wants to get in shape and challenge themselves.
With stages of 1/4 mile swim, 11.5 miles of biking and a 5k run, this is a great challenge for everyone.
After the event there will be a chance to relax to music and great food!
Course Information:
Swim:
• This races features a .25 mile open water swim in the Caloosahatchee River located at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park.
Bike:
• The 11 mile bike ride will begin and end at the Cape Coral Yacht Club Community Park and consist of two 5.5 mile loops.
Run:
• A 5k run will conclude the event with the run course traveling through the historic Riverside Drive, Dolphin Drive, and ending on the Yacht Club Beach.
Directions:
Cape Coral is in southwest Florida.

I75 & U.S. 41 from south
From I 75, take exit #131 . Follow Daniels Parkway to U.S. 41. Take a right on U.S. 41. At 2nd light, take a left on College Parkway. Follow College Parkway over toll bridge ($2 to cross) into Cape Coral (Road name changes to Cape Coral Parkway)
Follow Cape Coral Parkway to Coronado Pkwy.
Turn left onto Coronado Pkwy.
Follow the signs to Yacht Club, proceed straight thought 4-way stop, road curves to left then to right and ends at the Yacht Club Beach.
