The Swim will take place at Harris Creek, 2 miles from the Festival/Transition Area. There will be a 2 mile run back to the Transition for Long Course and Olympic Distances. The Swim has taken place with less than 5% of capacity the last 2 years in drought conditions. Water conditions have been tested as safe swim conditions. If water levels reach above 20% we will move the Swim back to Lynch - El Nino here we come!
This Outstanding Bike course boasts of rolling hills surrounded by grapevines and farmland. Don't be fooled, among the beauty of our great outdoors, the Long Course athletes will tackle Beach Hill (the never-ending climb right off the bat), Nasty Grade (1000' rapid incline), and Energizer Hill. Olympic Distance athletes have no walk in the park with Lynch Hill and over 20 miles of rolling hills. This bike course is one of many reasons for finisher to get bragging rights.
Combination of trail and park property roads - this trail run challenges even those that train for the "One and Only" Wildflower. Lined with some of the most beautiful Wildflowers, you can see where the event gets its name.
