Run or walk a 5K route along the beautiful White River Wapahani Trail! The 5K begins and finishes at Military Park but the majority of the course will take you upstream and then downstream along the White River. You will venture along the back of the Indianapolis Zoo and you might just see an elephant or two. A 1-mile walk is also available. Before and after your walk/run enjoy the free Earth Day Indiana Festival also taking place in Military Park.
All participants will receive a T-shirt and all finishers will receive a commemorative Earth Day Indiana 5K Finishers Medal!!!!
You are encouraged to bring your own water bottle as water availability may be limited to reduce waste.
This is the 27th year for the Earth Day Indiana Festival but the first year of the 5K Run/Walk. Be part of history!!!
