Start times: 7:30am: 13-15
All other AG’s will start as the previous wave(s) finish, if not earlier. The swim course will be set up just off the shoreline with a single lane from the start to the finish area and the depth of this area should not exceed 4’-6’. There will be 4-6 certified lifeguards and medical staff on standby.
The 11-15yr olds will have a completely closed bike course. No drafting! USAT sanctioned Race Officials will be on site. The accessible areas will be staffed by the ELPD officers. This will be a 2 loop course that has minimal difficulty (no hills) but has several turns for the out and 2 loops.
The additional AG’s will utilize a small portion of the 11-15 AG bike course but on a shorter distance.
All AG’s will share the same run course but have different distances as defined by the race sign up page.
PLEASE! If your Youth Athlete does not have a USAT Youth membership/license, go to the USAT site and acquire the Youth license for $10/yr., your license expires a full calendar year from when it is purchased. This will allow you to have this license to take you all year long for the next summer 2017 racing season that I will be doing again.

Age Limits
I will allow the ages of 5-6 to compete if you feel that your Youth Athlete is able to successfully navigate the set distances for the 7-8yr AG. They will be able to be awarded a medal if placing in the 7-8 AG.
Directions:
25 miles striaght West of OKC - Take Country Club Rd exit (2nd El Reno exit) - turn right (north) - Proceed to Elm Street - turn left (west) - this takes you straight to the pick up/transition area/parking
Word of caution - OBEY the speed limit on this road!
