New for 2016 the Coyote Tooth Mtn Bike Duathlon uses the same bike and run courses of the XTERRA Winter Park
A 3km run split 50/50 between trails and dirt roads, a 24km mountain bike that has some great single tracks, some short and long climbs, and a tough on the body but not technical descent. The 6.5km second run follows the first 5.5km of the bike course and finishes at the incredibly scenic Columbine Point.
Follow I-70 west to the Granby/Winter Park exit, and over Berthoud Pass and past Winter Park Ski Resort. About 10 west of Winter Park turn left into the Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA. Proceed to Columbine Point in the SW portion of the camp.
