The 5th annual Manitou Monster Triathlon will take place on June 18th, 2016, at the Rochester Moose Lodge. The beautiful course features beautiful views of Lake Manitou and some stretches on the flat, fast Nickel Plate Trail. There is a race for everyone as young as age 6, including a Sprint distance, sanctioned by USAT, a Mini-Sprint, a Youth, Pee Wee, and Relay Team divisions as well. Participants are also guaranteed a race shirt, finisher medal, and a fun atmosphere with food and music.
