2016 Southern Triathlon:
6 miles west of Adel on Ga. Hwy. 37 via I-75 exit #39, and 14 miles east of Moultrie from U.S. Hwy. 319. Experience adventurous waters, a relaxing campground and diverse ecosystems through recreation and learning at Reed Bingham State Park, where you can marvel at nature’s beauty and enjoy quiet tranquility.
Course Information:
- Swim: 400 yd swim is a wave start.
- Bike: The 15 mile bike course is flat and fast.
- Run: 5K is very flat and fast
