Since this is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event, we must follow the age group competition regulations. Athletes will participate and compete in the age group division corresponding to the athlete’s age on December 31 of the year of the event. For example, someone who is 6 years old at the race may compete as long as they will turn 7 sometime during 2016. They will be ranked as a 7 year old. Age is determined by birth year rather than actual race day age.
USATriathlon Supplemental Youth Rules can be found at this link > USATriathlon Youth Rules

A couple weeks before the event, we will plan to hold 1 or 2 onsite seminars to review set up procedures, rules, and answer any questions. Like our facebook page to keep updated with announcements.
