Race trail runs along the beautiful Malad Gorge, there are four events to appeal to the competing athlete or anyone who wants to get out and enjoy the scenery while getting some exercise. A BBQ trout lunch is served, event t-shirt and prizes are included.
Course Information:
The course is fairly flat, most of it run on paved county roads. Good directional signs. Law enforcement presence on the course and EMS presence.
Directions:
Take Exit 147 off I-84, west to 1200 E, Road, then north to the park entrance. Parking on the park site is available. Beautiful area of the Hagerman Valley, this event has become a popular early race event for many from the Boise area to Pocatello.
Other Info:
The lunch is reported by many to be the best!
