Event Description

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Indoor Triathlon consists of a 10 minute swim, 20 minute bike and 20 minute run.  If you are new to the sport this race is a great way to experience the sport without intimidation.  Experienced triathletes, this is a great way to test your fitness! All entries receive post-race brunch in Press Kitchen, a t-shirt and goodie bag. Awards will be given to the top 3 athletes in each category.

What is an Indoor Triathlon?
An Indoor Triathlon consists of the three disciplines: swim, bike, run – in that order. Your recorded distances  during the swim, bike, and run portions are calculated and combined to give you a final, total distance. Your race day will consist of the following:
• Swim: 10 minute (in pool)
• Transition 1: 10 minutes
• Bike: 20 minute (on Schwinn Indoor Cycling bikes)
• Transition 2: 5 minutes
• Run: 20 minute (on treadmill)

All participants will receive Post Race Brunch in our Members' Lounge, an LSF Indoor Triathlon T-Shirt & goodie bag

Pricing
$60 ($50 LSF Members) for (Children 7&Up are welcome!)*  - Register by 3/4/16 @ 12pm

*Heats divided into Children - 17&under and Adults - 18&up

Race Info
• Waves begin every 20 minutes starting at 8:00am.
• There will be up to 10 participants per wave.
• Cycling shoes and cleats are allowed.
• Winners are determined by furthest combined distance (swim/bike/run).
• The race includes use of the locker room complete with all amenities including towel service.
• Complimentary use of gym facilities before and after each race.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top winners in each category

Parking
Garage parking is available the Park Millennium Parking Garage. Entrance is just north of club (before Bockwinkel's food market). Parking validation is $6 for 2 hours, $9 for 3 hours and $12 for 8 hours and can purchased at the front desk of the club.
