Athletes will compete against the clock as they swim 600 meters in a pool, bike 10 miles on an indoor Spinning bike, and run 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) outside on the streets of Columbus. We welcome all ages to complete individually as well as 3-person relay teams. Awards will be given to the male and female with the fastest overall time from start to finish.
The Basics!

This indoor triathlon is a 600 meter pool swim, 10 mile Spin bike ride, & and 5k outdoor run on the streets of Columbus.

This event will be chip timed. Awards will be given to the fastest overall male and female. The clock does not stop between segments but each athlete must complete the swim (18 minutes), bike (45 minutes) and run (finished by 1 pm) in the maximum allotted time or risk disqualification.

All ages can complete as an individual or in a team of 3. All finishers receive an Arnold Indoor Triathlon finisher medal.

Registration and packet pick-up begin at 5:30am. On site registration is available. The first wave starts at 6:20am. Waves continue every 20 minutes through 11:00am. Race timing ends at 1:00pm.
