AAA Triathlon Races is all about newbies, fun & development of athletes. Once a month there is a Friday night Super Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon for adults and youth and then the next day a Youth Triathlon. There is 6 races in the series, with time off over Summer Break, the 2016 dates are:

• March 25/26
• April 29/30
• May 20/21
• August 26/27
• September 23/24
• October 28/29

The racing takes place in the beautiful Lake Louisa State Park just South of Clermont. They are fully sanctioned and insured by USA Triathlon.

The Friday night Super Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon race is for all adults and youth race age 11 and older. The Duathlon is a 2.5Km Run, 10Km Bike and 2.5Km Run, the Triathlon is a 300 Meter Swim, 10Km Bike and 2.5Km Run. They have a Draft Legal class where drafting on the bike is allowed and a non-drafting class.

The Saturday youth Triathlon is for all youth race age 6 to 15. The race will be split up into Juniors race age 6 to 10 and seniors ace age 11 to 15. The Junior race is a 75 Meter Swim, 2.5Km Bike and .65Km Run, the Senior race is a 150 Meter Swim, 5Km Bike and 1.25Km Run.
