Our coaching partner, Precision Sports Coaching, has prepared a detailed 8-week plan to take you from the couch to completing the Cupcake 5K. Utilizing the free Training Peaks app that you can download to any device, the plan will show you what you need to do each day and allow the coaches at Precision Sports to monitor your progress to success. Once you sign up for the Couch to 5K group, you will receive an email from Precision Sports Coaching with instructions on how to begin using Training Peaks.
A Precision Sports Coach will also be leading the group runs that begin Saturday January 2 at Totally Running at 11:30 am. Meet each Saturday for a run, training advice and camaraderie.
