Compete in one of the most beautiful desert landscapes in Southern Utah.

This family-friendly event is held at Sand Hollow Reservoir, where amazing sandstone landscapes and mountainous ranges linger in the backdrop. The Sand Hollow Run was added to the endurance festival in 2014 (formerly known as the SG Tri). Now the Sand Hollow Triathlon includes a Duathlon, 5K &10K Run as well. This is an event for the entire family and community. Test your endurance limits with a spectacular and gradually hilly course. With nearby attractions like Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Moab and the most beautiful golf courses in Hurricane, this location makes for an unforgettable vacation destination.

Course Information:

5K Course

Start Time: 8:00am

Your 5K will begin at the end of the finish line chute, follow the chute out to the main road and turn left. Although runners will be separated from cyclists, they will share the same course so please be very careful to follow police & marshal directions. Once you reach your turnaround, come on back the way you came to cheers at the finish line! There will be two aid stations on this course at each mile marker.

10K Course

Start Time: 8:00am

Your 10K will begin at the end of the finish line chute, follow the chute out to the main road and turn left. Although runners will be separated from cyclists, they will share the same course so please be very careful to follow police & marshal directions. Once you reach your turnaround (same as Olympic Triathlon athletes), come on back the way you came to cheers at the finish line! There will be five aid stations on this course at approximately each mile marker.
