Join us for our 12th Annual Indoor Triathlon....a 1/4-mile swim (8 laps) in the lap pool, a 5-mile bike on the stationary bikes and a 2-mile run on the treadmills.  You can complete all the events yourself or form a team (each team member participating in a single leg, relay style).  We have added a Sprint PLUS distance to our event: 1/2 mile swim (16 laps), 8 mile bike on stationary bikes and a 5K on the treadmill. (Sprint PLUS is also available for teams) WE DO ACCEPT RACE DAY ENTRIES. However, those who register after February 22, 2016 will receive their shirt 1 week after the event.

Event details and schedule

Individuals will compete in successive time slots between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.  Up to six participants will compete in a wave approximately every half hour.  A wave will not start until the previous wave is complete.  Winners will be determined by the fastest total time for all three events.

For teams, the event will progress as a relay.  Each person will perform 1 leg for a 3-person team starting with the swim, then bike, then run/walk.  In a 2-person team, one person will do 2 legs of the event. 

We now have the Sprint PLUS distance:  1/2 mile swim, 8 mile bike, and 5K run/walk you can try as an individual or as a team of 2 or 3.  The sprint PLUS distance triathletes will compete in the earllier time slots between 7:30 and 9 am and the shorter Sprint triathletes will compete in the time slots of 9:30 am or later.

Once your start time is established, you will need to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your start time.

Medals will be awarded to overall winners for men and women.  Ribbons will be awarded to the top 3 in each age category and to the top 3 teams.
