Race 3 of the 3-Race Series - Evolution Run - Evolve and change your year this year.
Race or walk a flat course in beautiful Seward Park with views of Lake Washington along the entire course. The 5k is out and back once, the 10k out and back twice, and 15k out and back 3x.
Do all 3 events and watch your time and fitness improve.
Medals to Top-3 Overall and Top-3 in each age group in 10-year increments.
Chip timed.
Resolution Box: A box will be available for participants to enter their 2016 fitness resolutions (You can choose to be anonymous if you like). Resolutions will be read throughout the event.
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches on Dave's Organic bread will be provided along with fruit, chocolate milk, coconut water, and coffee post-race.
Everyone who pre-registers for the 3-Race Series will be eligible for the Most Improved Award. Awards will be given based on total time improved to one individual in the 5k and one individual in the 10k. Winners will receive a $100 gift certificate to their favorite running store, free entry into the Fall Alki Beach Series, and a whicking shirt from the Seattle Run Series.
