Goliath Race/Relay. The Goliath is a one of a kind 140.6 mile full distance iron triathlon relay race. This will be the most fun, spectator friendly race in the state of Utah. The Goliath may sound intimidating but when done as a team it makes conquering the Goliath a “breeze”. You will experience the fun, laughter, sweat, highs, lows and maybe a few tears as you participate in the best race you’ve ever conquered. The Goliath is all about overcoming the challenges, doubts and fears that we all have. It can be as challenging and as fun as you want.

The Goliath is a single day event to be completed within 15 hours, 7am to 10pm. The race can be done in teams of up to 10 people and as little as one person. For example: 2 or 3 people could pass off the timing chip to complete the 2.4 mile swim. 4 or 5 people could break up the 112 mile bike ride into 27 mile or less segments. 4 or 5 people could break up the 26.2 mile run into 6.5 mile or less segments making this race as challenging as you want. If you’ve always wanted to try a tri, this is the way to get your feet wet!

The race will start In Beautiful Syracuse Utah at Still Water Lake Estates, a private water ski lake community and one of our Home Town Hero key sponsors. The swim will be the safest and most spectator friendly open water swim course in the state.
