  • Are you experiencing winter cabin fever? Are you looking for an exciting, break the boredom activity? Then come participate in Livonias 2nd Indoor Triathlon.

    Course Information:

  • Participants will complete a 20 minute swim, 20 minute bike, and 20 minute run with 10 minute transition times between each event.
  • This event will be held at the Livonia Community Recreation Center.
  • Swimming takes place in the 25 yard Lap pool.
  • Biking will be on upright stationary bikes.
  • Running will be done on treadmills.

  • Participants must provide their own swimsuit, swim caps, goggles, biking and running clothing.
