The 8th annual Lincoln City Half Marathon and 10K begins and ends at Wapiti Park with a beautiful scenic setting along Drift Creek and Schooner Creek Roads, at the base of the Coast Range. Local volunteers sponsor and encourage participants at water stations throughout the course. Professional timing, music, and announcements are included in your race experience!
Runners and walkers are invited to participate; there is an early start time for walkers. Participants must finish by 1 p.m. when the course will be closed.
All participants receive a long-sleeved technical T-shirt. Finisher medals will be presented to all participants. The top overall male and female finishers will receive beautiful glass floats, and ribbons will go to the top finishers in five-year age groups for both the half-marathon and 10K.
The race takes place in early spring on the Central Oregon Coast. The weather is temperate, and may be slightly wet - however we have had picture-perfect days for the race. Dress accordingly! You may even see elk or other wildlife on the course!
