Come spend an hour at Epic Bike and Sport with triathlon coach Ryan Ross. Ryan is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach and is an IRONMAN University Certified Coach. Learn about how to take a successful approach for the next racing season, and what it takes to do things right in 2016. Learn how to take into account your busy schedule, racing experience, current fitness level, and choice of races. Learn about how a different approach might work for you. Triathlon is a complex sport. You will leave with your questions answered!
