Please reserve your spots early! Last year we sold out a month before the event and had a waiting list 40+ long.
This year, we are allowed more participants but still limited.
Thank you again for your support and we look forward to an exciting 2nd annual running of the Shake It off 5k! Run/Walk benefiting The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research!
We are again accepting Virtual Runners for this event! If you can't make it, sign up anyway and run on your own, we will send you a race packet with a finisher's medal and please post your pics day of for us, we would love to see them!
What is new this year?
You can help us fundraise by choosing that option during registration. It is optional, but we highly encourage it! If you help fundraise, we have some great swag to give away! We aren't asking for much. As little as $75 raised you can earn some cool foxy swag such as a Team Fox water bottle! Raise more than $150 and get Team Fox tech hat, or for those raising $250 or more, a Team Fox hoodie!
