• If you are training for an Ironman this Fall, this is your race.
• 1.2 Mile Swim 56 Mile Bike 13.1 Mile Run.
• Spectator Friendly, Great First Half Iron for Beginners.

• Two Loop Swim in Beautiful Lake Sara.
• Fast Bike.
• Flat Run.

Bike is double out and back. . -(map)

Run is double out and back,very spectator friendly! -(map)

Directions:

Lake Sara Beach:

Take I70 or I57 to Effingham (exit 160).

Go North on Highway 32/33 for 3.3 miles.

Take a left at the Gas Station on Lake Sara Road and go .7 miles.

Take right on Moccasin Road 1600th Ave and go 1.3 miles.

Take a left on Beach Rd and go .8 miles.

This will take you to the park
