It's time for snotcicles, ice tans and frozen tears! There are few better ways to start out the year and break free from the winter running blues!

After the 5K
Watch People Plunge dare to plunge into Utah Lake and earn yourself lots of clout as well as an awesome medallion!
The Polar Plunge is a dip you will not soon forget. A few seconds of bone chilling cold for a whole lifetime of bragging rights.
If you choose to opt out of taking a dip in our tiny arctic swimming pool, feel free to watch that faces of those who are crazy enough to take the dive!
