2016 US Coast Guard MWR Duathlon:
• Annual US Coast Guard MWR Duathlon.
• Make this event the kickoff to your Memorial Day celebrations.
• Conveniently located on the Coast Guard base just over the Bourne Bridge.
• The race starts early enough that you miss the Cape traffic still have the rest of the holiday weekend to enjoy while savoring the memories of your duathlon.
Course Information:
Run:
• The run is a quick two mile loop with a bit of a hill leading back to the transition area.
Bike:
• The bike course is a two loop course.
• It is fairly flat and fast with virtually no traffic.
• Expect windy conditions to add to the fun.
