- The Foothills Drifter 6K is the only trail run of its kind in Greenville, SC. A festive atmosphere welcomes both the most advanced and novice runners. The race benefits Lake Conestee Nature Park which consists of approximately 400 acres of beautiful natural habitat on the Reedy River just 6 miles south of downtown Greenville, South Carolina and is the "southern hub" of the Swamp Rabbit Trail.
