2016 Rio Grande Retro Triathlon::
Bring out your speedos, thong leotards, padded shoulder shirts, big hair and retro sun glasses for this beginner friendly super-fun sprint distance race!
The race starts with a flat 3.1 mile run along the Bosque bike path, followed by a two-loop flat bike through downtown Albuquerque an finishes with a refreshing 400 yard serpentine swim (2 lengths in each lane).
The name of the game is FAST and FUN!!!
Course Information:
Run - 3.1 miles flat
Bike - 10 miles dones a two loops - flat
Swim - 40 yards, serpentine swim, up and back in each lane (2 lengths).
