The kid race will take place on Sunday, Oct 2, 2016 - 9:30 am. approx. or after adult races

The Swim Tri/Du/Aqua race will take place on Sunday Oct 2, 2016 8:00 a.m.

The Kayak race will take place on Sunday Oct 2, 2016 8:00 a.m.

All events start and finish at Riverfront Park, Pt Pleasant, NJ

Swim: 100 Yards, Bike: 8/10 mile , Run: 6/10 mile

11-12, 13-14
Swim: 200 Yards, Bike: 1.75 miles, Run: 1.25 mile

Swim Triathlon Distances

Swim:1/4 mile, Bike: 10.5 miles, Run: 3 miles

Duathon Distances

Run 2 miles, Bike: 10.5 miles, Run: 3 miles

AquaBike Distances

Swim:1/4 mile, Bike: 10.5 miles

Kayak Triathlon Distances

Kayak: 1.5 miles, Bike: 10.5 miles, Run: 3 miles
