TRIATHLON COURSE:

Swim: The swim course will be an in the water start and sandy beach finish. The start will begin in shallow water next to a jetty.

Bike: The bike is a single loop course, Starting and finishing at the transisition area, and going through the areas of Cox Corners, Royal Oak, and Gum Swamp.

Run: The run is 3.1 miles and entirely flat.
