Swim Course
The Swim Course is a diamond shape in the bluest water in Utah and Idaho. Water temps this time of year are always around 60-65 degrees.
Full Swim 2.4 Miles
Half Swim 1.2 Miles
Bike Course
The Bike Course is a 52 Bike Loop around Bear Lake with an added 4 mile out and back on the North end of the lake so it will allow for 56 Miles. The Full does this course twice. The bike course is primarily flat with great views of Bear Lake on your right shoulder. The morning is a little chilly on the bike this time of year on the start because it is fairly early but is nice due to the sun rise and the air temps stay around 65-80 this time of year after the first hour.

Run Course
The Run Course is an out and back course South of the transition area. It has aid stations at every 1.5 miles and they are well stocked with gels, water, electrolyte, candy and more. The run course is over beautiful farmlands and there is a climb around mile 6 for 1/2 a mile but besides that the course is primarily flat.
Full Run - 26.2 Miles
