The Skeeter Run is open to runners of all ages. We are a kid-friendly event and even offer a discount on entry fees to those 12 years of age and younger. This race supports the Imagine No Malaria project, an effort by the United Methodist Church to end preventable deaths by malaria in Africa. Learn more at www.imaginenomalaria.com. This chip timed race starts and ends at the Hillsboro United Methodist Church, and participants are treated to a delicious buffet of fruit, cinnamon rolls and beverages after the race.
