The 5th annual Berwick YMCA Indoor Triathlon will be held January 16th starting at 9am.
Trophies to the overall Male and Female. Medals to the top three male and female athletes in the following age divisions: 14& under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 & over.
First place medals to the top teams in the following divisions: All Male, All Female and Mixed
Course Information:
The events consists of a 10 minute swim in our heated pool, 20 minute ride on our Expresso bikes and a 15 minute run on our new treadmills.
Each discipline is worth a maximum of 100 points and your score depends on how you perform in relation to the winner of each discipline. For more detail please download the Rules from our website www.berwicky.org
