2016 Break Away 5K
This is the 5th annual Break Away 5K! The mission of this race is to raise awareness and educate others about domestic violence. All revenue generated through this race will be donated to benefit the Heartly House. Heartly House, Inc. has been helping Frederick County residents, for over 30 years, who have been impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. "We run so she doesn't have to."
