2016 Sterling Park District Indoor Triathlon:
• Get back into shape for the New Year with our annual indoor fitness triathlon!
• Individuals or teams of 4 will compete.
• Awards will be given to the top 3 teams.
• Individual awards will be based on registration.
• Each participant will receive a t-shirt.
• Registration fee is $25 per individual or $80 per team of 4.

• 20 minutes of swimming in an indoor pool
• 20 minutes on a spin bike
• 20 minutes running on a treadmill
