It doesn't get any better than this! The out and back course is great for runners and walkers of all levels. Looking for a PR? This is a great place to do it! There are a couple small rolling hills ending in a long downhill that will bring you to the finish line. It's also one of the most beautiful places in Maryland to run. You're surrounded by nature as you run along the river. A course map is available here: http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/127372213 The 1 Mile course runs along the same course and is 1/2 mile out and back. Bring the children for the Kids Run. Every Kid gets a race t-shirt and finishers medal!
