2016 Norfolk Family YMCA Indoor Triathlon:
Join us for our 4th Annual Super Tri-Indoor Triathlon on Super Bowl Sunday, February 7th, 2016! For this indoor race, the participant will SWIM 10 minutes in our lap pool, BIKE 30 minutes on our Keiser cycling bikes, and RUN 20 minutes on a treadmill. Race begins at 8:00 AM with a mandatory pre-race meeting at 7:45 AM. Many categories available including Individual (adult or youth) or Team (adult, youth or family). Youth is considered 12-17 years old and Family is both an adult and youth.

20 minute run

• The Norfolk Family YMCA is located on the north side of Norfolk and is located at 301 W. Benjamin Ave. between 1st St. and Riverside Blvd.
