2016 Cool Shark 5K & Dorsal Fin Dash:
• For children, the Dorsal Fin Dash is an ideal, fun family activity.
• It begins at 9 a.m. and takes place entirely on the Greer "back 40" under close and enthusiastic supervision.
• Parents can watch their children from start to finish!
• Hardy runners will love the 5k run, which begins at 9:30 and winds through the scenic tree-lined environs of historic North Glynn County, starting and finishing adjacent to our school.
• The Cool Shark 5k is a USATF (USA Track and Field) certified course, and we welcome many participants from outside our community.
• The Cool Shark 5k welcomes walkers and participants with strollers.
• Sorry, no dogs, skateboards, bicycles, or roller blades in either race.
