Register as Individual - ($35.00) or Team-of-3  ($70.00) [Minimum One of Each Sex per Team] . 10 Age Groups with Awards to Top Overall Male , Female & Team  Competitors and Age Group Winners.  Community Benefit Race to purchase Disabled ADA equipment at the pool allowing all people to fully utilize the therapeautic water and facilities.  Splashland Hot Springs Swimming Pool is a warm outdoor geothermal pool that has been an important part of Alamosa's history since 1955. Created when oil drillers struck hot water, the water temperature comes in the pool at 105* F. with the average water temperature  88-94* F.  Set in the heart of the San Luis Valley, Home to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, Majestic Views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountain Range with six 14'ners in sight with Mt. Blanca , the 3rd highest 14'ner in Colorado, in full view.  Run along the Historic Rio Grande River & Swim at Splashland's Hot Springs Swimming Pool.  The San Luis Valley's  "Best Kept Secret."  Professional Timing with transition times between events & full results of the event available.
