Have you ever wanted to compete in a Triathlon but have not done so? Are you a veteran tri-athlete looking for a fun challenge in the off-season? If so, our Indoor Triathlon is just for you! The swimming portion will take place in our 25 yeard lap pool. You will then bike for 20 minutes on one of our spinning bikes. For the final leg, you will run on the indoor track. Work at your own pace, we will keep track of your distance.
The first heat sarts at noon. Please check in 30 minutes before your start time. Medals will be awarded to 1st-3rd place winners in each age by gender. The 1st palce team in each age group will receive medals.
