The fall is the perfect time to experience one of the most beginner friendly off-road triathlons in Colorado. Capped at just 250 athletes please be sure to take advatange of discounted prices as this race sold out in 2014!
Veteran and beginner triathletes will enjoy an off-road delight inside Bear Creek Lake Park. After swimming with Red Rocks ampitheater in the background, enjoy biking and running on non-technical single and double track trails. Beautiful scenery, a fun venue and friendly athletes make this race a blast. So do the low prices!
BEAR IT ALL OFF ROAD SWIM COURSE (750 Meters): The triathlon course for the Bear It All Off Road Triathlon will take place at Bear Creak Lake Park. Water temp ranges from 64-68 degrees.
Swim Set-up: The 750 meter swim course is a triangle shaped course, with the swimmers traveling in a counter clockwise direction. Participants exit the water on the beach and follow the carpet all the way into the transtion area. Swim waves will be set up by your age-group!
BEAR IT ALL OFF ROAD BIKE COURSE (11 Miles): The single loop bike course for the Bear It All Off Road Triathlon will take place inside of Bear Creek Lake Park. Pre-Riding is encouraged to become familiar with the terrain and course layout.
Bike Set-up: This bike course has a bit of everything, from rolling hills to single track and double track! Get ready for some fun on this rolling and scenic course. Overall the bike course is very beginner friendly. Seasoned veterans don't despair, the fast flowing nature is sure to test your engine and high speed technical skills., with plenty of oppurtunity to pass! If you're new to off-road triathlons this bike course is a great place to try out the sport and experience an unintimidating race environment!
BEAR IT ALL OFF ROAD RUN COURSE (4 Miles): Once you finish the 11 mile bike course it's time to grab those run shoes and finish off this event with a 4 mile run! The run course will take place inside Bear Creek Lake Park on trails that mirror the same exact terrain you saw on the bike course. There's no significant elevation change on this single track and double track run course. Aid stations will be location at the 1.5 and 3 mile marks and stocked with water, gatorade, and Clif gels!

From I-70 and north of Denver: Take I-70 towards Golden, exit at C470 East (actually goes south). Exit at Morrison Rd and turn left. Bear Creek Lake Park entrance is 1\4 mile on the right. Enter the park (free for athletes and volunteers) and follow signs to parking.
From south of Denver: From intersection of I25 and C470, take C470 West for 22 miles. Exit at Morrison Rd and turn right. Bear Creek Lake Park entrance is on your right. Enter the park (free for athletes and volunteers) and follow signs to parking.
